Preserving Islam in its true form for our future generations is the duty of every Muslim, rich or poor. One of the most effective methods of fulfilling this obligation is the provision of Maktab (Islamic schooling) services. With the current state of the Muslim Ummah, never has there been a greater need to make certain each and every Muslim child, wherever they may be, has received a firm grounding in their faith.

Every person is required to know the fundamentals of their faith, with the Prophet (peace be upon him) saying, 'Seeking (essential) knowledge is compulsory upon every Muslim.'

The Prophet (peace be upon him) emphasised the importance of providing education stating, ‘The best amongst you is the one who learns the Quran and teaches it.’(al-Bukhari, at-Tirmidhi).
