Kidz 4 Kidz 2014

Now in its fourth year, Kidz 4 Kidz is a fundraising campaign in which school children are encouraged to raise money for children affected by conflict, neglect or natural disasters.

The Kidz 4 Kidz campaign raised over £140,000 last year, with the money being used to provide gifts to Syria and Palestinian refugee children in Jordan, flood-affected children in Pakistan and displaced children in Somalia.

Ummah Welfare Trust wants to bring smiles to more children this year and is inviting schools and madrasahs to take part.

Pupils in partaking schools will fundraise for one week, between Friday 7th March and Friday 14th March. Boxes will be returned to teachers by 14th March.

To acknowledge their hard work, Ummah Welfare Trust will provide all fundraisers with a gift; while the highest fundraiser in each region will be given an exclusive prize. The prize this year is an Android tablet.

Funds raised in this year's campaign will be used to support war-affected children in Syria and Palestine. Conflict in these parts of the world has orphaned many children and they need our help.
