UCA grab PT event title

    PESHAWAR - The students of Ummah Children Academy stood first in the provincial PT competition held here amid cheer and enthusiasm and received extreme clapping from the audience as well.

    The shining students of Ummah Children Academy, working under the auspices of Ummah Welfare Trust (UWT) in district Nowshera, stood first with their best performance. Besides compotators from almost all leading educational institutions of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, organisers and a handsome number of spectators were also present on the occasion. The brilliants and active students of the UCA performed well and received applause from the participants. To be noted that the same academy had already obtained first position in a similar contest of district level.

    A prize distribution ceremony was held with Provincial Minister of Education Sardar Hussain Babak as a chief guest.
    Addressing the ceremony, the minister said that sports activities as well as education were vital for better nourishment of the children. And the provincial government was making all possible efforts to promote academic as well as non-academic activities.
    “I have personally observed the discipline and the management of the academy during my visit and I was expecting the same performance from these children, he said.

    In his speech, Chairman UWT Maulana Muhammad Idrees extended heart-felt felicitations to the teachers, organisers and the participating children for their outstanding performance.
