Winter Appeal 1439

As temperatures plummet this winter, millions of families across the Ummah will not have the means to stay warm and free from illness. In Syria, Bangladesh, Iraq and elsewhere, our brothers and sisters will need help to survive.

It costs more to survive in the winter. Displaced and war-affected families struggle to pay the higher fuel, food and medical costs. The outcomes can be devastating; more die in the cold months than in any other season.

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
'Allah is in the help of His servant, so long as the servant is in the help of his brother.'
    [Sahih Muslim]

Ummah Welfare Trust's winter campaign will support families in nine countries this year. With your help, the charity will distribute fuel, blankets and other supplies to families in the Middle East, South Asia and parts of Europe.

Help a poor family survive by donating just £60 for a winter kit. This will provide blankets, clothing and other life-saving essentials.

    Help a Family in Syria
